you are right.Now I am afraid to take the phone to service center as its new model and I am not sure they will diagnose the problem. Any one visited service center in Jeddah for S20 heating issue? I am very much disappointed from Samsung. I switch from Iphone to Samsung and its big mistake I made.😒

Let us be honnest and samsung should accepte that there is real isseu of heating woth S20 ultra 5G mdoel came with Exynos processor. I am using iphone since last 5 years and I did not fave such heating issue. I did all possible torubleshooting from basic till standard and phone continue to heat all the time, battery drainig fast and Now new problems with speakrs sound is buzzy and seems like resonate in eat when i pick phone. very very much disappointed with Samsung...
