Hello all, I can't find the "record calls" option which is really disappointing. The screenshot for the settings appear on my screen is in the comments.

Be careful to check that EGY is allowed for your software as per the post .
You can check your current CSC code from
Service provider software version

Seems you bought it from abroad (Ksa or Uae) as some countries don't allow call recording. Egypt software contains and allows call recording.

That's right, do you have any idea if I can migrate to another country's software (Egypt, for example, as you said), or is it built-in SW and can't be changed anymore?!

OJM is already included in the SW version, and the Android version is 13. Where can I verify that EGY is a SW I can switch to?!

Based on your inquiry regarding the update

 We recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below
I ask you to take the following steps
1- Go to the call log
2- Enter the 3 dots on the top right of the screen
3- Click on Settings
4- Choose to record calls or record a call
5- Activate auto recording
In the event that the device is from outside Egypt, the feature may not be available due to the state’s policy to prevent it
