Dual WhatsApp Issue A71

Dual WhatsApp's media disappeared from gallery and my files and after i tried to force stop the app and delete the cache data and total data the problem fixed and the media appeared again in gallery but after minutes disappeared again.

And i have other phones having the same issue like galaxy M51

Gallery app if you can't find the downloaded images in my gallery.
Android 11 on Google due to improved security policy
Storage is managed separately for each user
Since Dual Messenger operates on the basis of a multi-user service, dual messenger storage cannot be shared with other applications.
Therefore, photos downloaded while using dual messenger are not saved in the gallery.
To check the downloaded images please go to
DualApp < DCIM < My Files> Internal Storage

هي كان موجوده طبيعي فال gallery and internal storage دلوقتي اختفت تماما من على الجهاز وبعد ما جربت امسح البرنامج وانزله تاني الصور رجعت فعلا وبعد دقايق اختفت لوحدها من على الجهاز كله ودي PS لل Dual app
وشكل اي صوره لو حاولت افتحها من الواتس نفسه عن طريق View in gallery

this problem is common with most users and i think there will be update soon

I have issue with my dual whatsapp where I can't open any files and most of the time can't share photos as well please help
