Note 20 Ultra (True caller App)

I don't know whether this problem is from the phone or from the app itself, but

When I copy a number in the phone it doesn't give me the ID for this number while there an option in the app to do so, 

Also I have other phone with previous android version and this option is working very fine to detect any copied number and give me the true caller ID

But I think it is a bug from the software or even from the android version as it should work properly.

I think the software needs update to fix this problem.
