1. Try "Reboot system now" (Most common and safest first step):
○ Use the volume keys to navigate to this option if it's not already highlighted, and then press the power button to select it.
○ This will attempt to restart your phone normally. If it was just a temporary glitch, this might fix it.
If "Reboot system now" doesn't work or it keeps coming back to this screen, here are other options to consider, but proceed with caution:
2. "Wipe cache partition":
○ This option clears temporary system files without deleting your personal data. Sometimes corrupted cache files can cause issues.
○Navigate to "Wipe cache partition" using the volume keys and select it with the power button.
○ After it's done, select "Reboot system now."

It's very rare nowadays for a Samsung device to do that on its own if your device is running an official firmware... I'm not sure if you had a rooted device or not. That problem is most common with Transsion Mobile devices (Tecno, Infinix, and Itel.)
If you tried all the other suggestions by the other mates here, maybe there could be a problem with the Vol + button on your device. Or you probably need to get it rewritten with a new firmware.

Your device is stuck in a bootloop, software issue might have happened while using the phone. The fixes you tried won't get it working again. Most reliable fix is to flash the firmware completely new using Odin or SamFWtool kit.

True, you'll need to try to flash it using Odin, but the if it was logged in to your samsung account then Odin will be risky as it requires you to logout of all your accounts Gmail and Samsung.....

If possible you can try to factory reset it, then try flashing it,

He isn't using Odin per sé he'll be using SamFWtool. If you flash the phone completely the account is erased, it's not a factory reset where it asks for the device Samsung account after booting up. The tool can remove the account from the settings, the phone wasn't locked or marked stolen so he should be fine in that regard.

It's best to watch a few of these tutorials so you yourself understand it better before attempting it. I can give you step by step guides, but you need to know what you're doing at least know a little background of firmware updating or flashing before attempting it.
