Samsung shop app isn't loading anymore

Hi community,

Since yesterday, the Samsung Shop app isn't loading anymore. When I launch it, it shows a blank white screen only. I cleared the app cache & storage, uninstalled and reinstalled it, restarted my phone, but again it's stuck on first page (where it asks to accept the T&Cs and click on "Great") and not moving forward at all.

Any help or advise on this would be highly appreciated.

Hi Vikram,
I had the same issue...uninstall it... reinstall from Google Play Store
Installing from samsung galaxy store had issue.
It will work
