Samsung galaxy book 2 laptop

Here I need to shutdown my laptop but it doesn't turning off. When I shutdown it back to lockscreen. What I should do now to shutdown my laptop properly. Also I restarted few times. After restarting also it doesn't turning off.

Hmmmm what do you mean that it's not shutting down?
What operating system are you using?

If you mean that after shutting down and closing the lid and then reopening the lid starts the laptop then that could just be a feature

I'm using Windows 11. However the lights in keyboard must be turned off when the system turned off. But here it doesn't turning off. It's not a feature. I think there may be some others options. But it's difficult to find that.
