      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i posted a query yesterday : link to query ---&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Online-Store/I-need-URGENT-help-from-Samsung-Store/td-p/11451461/page/2" target="_self"&gt;MY QUERY&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and tried contacting my bank for the same as suggested by you, but the bank says that samsung would cancel my EMI if samsung order has been cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but my EMI is generated and Samsung helpline people are saying that bank would cancell my EMI, so i'm stucked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone please help me with that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If u have bought a product online for EMI it cannot be cancelled &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_steam_from_nose:"&gt;😤&lt;/span&gt; because the mode of payment has already been deducted from your a.c as reserve to be paid in intervals for the emi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This same thing happened with me to. I had placed and order, then after that I read few reviews, and tried to cancel it. Then I was stuck, as I tried to cancel the Samsung product, but was unable to. As the bank too back then did not stop the emi and gave the same answer. Then had to take help from samsung people. Which they said you cancel the product then initiate the receipt to the bank and you will be sorted. But on a condition. That the product has not left there warehouse. Then only you can cancel it</description>

      <description>Nothing to worry, you'll get refund money from Samsung and it'll be credited to your account. So you can pay your EMI with that money.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alternatively you can approach your bank once the refund money credited to your account and negotiate with them to close the EMI in single payment, But they will charge you some processing fee.</description>

      <description>It is a system generated message from the Banks Server as soon as their System finds you are suitable for loan &amp;amp; it got approved by the Bank..then they send it to the Customer well before in time highlighting the Emi details..And once you cancelled the deal many a times you won't receive the updated sms from Bank..No need to panic..Do one thing for your Safety sent a mail to Hdfc bank's concerned dept. by checking the Supportive mail id from Authentic Hdfc banks web page only &amp;amp; not by searching on Google or on any third party product/app..</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, i understand, but i cancelled it just after 5 minutes of placing my order, and received the order cancel confirmation message the exact moment. but even after that EMI got generated 2 days after cancellation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm also facing similar issue where I returned my product and Samsung mentioned they already initiated refund but Bank says they dint receive communication from merchant hence EMI is getting deducted..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whe I ask Samsung team to share the transaction details of Refund, they just sending replies like 'refund has be initiated and it will be credited in 7-10 working days' but nothing happend more than&amp;nbsp; a month now..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you credited with the refund amount..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
