TU8000 and TUE60 series difference

As a samsung customer , i stand confused and disappointed a bit looking at this year UHD models of Samsung, where samsung has created a lot of confusion specs wise in its models.

1. PQI index of TUE 60( believed to be 6 series model) is 2100, exactly same of TU8000 series and greater than that of TU7000(PQI 2000)

2. Specs wise there isn't an iota of difference between TUE60 and TU8000 models though price difference is greater than 15000 atleast of similar size variants of both series.

I would like to know one reason that why customer like me should go fot TU8000 when TUE60 is available online and that too when all specs are same but price diff is so much. I hope there is an explanation to this , it is bringing doubts over samsung products

they will never reply

They dont have any answers and if you ask again their employees will misbehave its time to move away from this company as now they are resorting to cheat people.

This is same product only model numbers habe been changed and one of their cc executives told me that if you are buying from a store we try to extort more money

I absolutely agree and feel brands like Samsung shpuld not do that. I dont see difference at all TUE60 and TU8000.

they have also made false commitments and have ensured that now samsung is a 0 valie brand for me sad to see but they dont deserve my trust apple is way much better atleast they dont loot

The store guys says both are 2020 models. TUE60 is only online model and TU8000 is a retail shopping.

Very simple. It all comes down to hardware n software. Samsung is one of the top players that produces displays. When you compare both TUE60 and TU8000 models in samsung website, you will find crystal processing 4k (software) in both TVs but you will find crystal display (hardware) only in TU8000.

Most of the brands nowadays give us 4k software for enhanced user experience but only a few give us hardware display for the same amd those who give a good hardware along with software always ends up in high price. You will find the same price range of around 45k in Lg, sony and samsung for 43" 4K UHD.

This is just my underatanding from what Ive researched. Hope it helps.

I think You are right sir, 4k software for enhanced user experience but only a few give us hardware display for the same, and those who give good hardware along with software always ends up in high price. so, in my opinion, Samsung TU8000 has quality hardware and software. TUE60 has only software but not quality hardward, so there is a lot of difference between the display of both TV's
