Issue regarding Samsung Referral Code

Hi, I want to give referral code to my family member and I am unable to access referral page on samsung shop app.

It asks for my mobile number and after entering OTP it states that mobile number is already used with different account but I am entering the same mobile number which is signed up with my account.

Is there any issue going on with samsung referral page?

It is abysmal that this issue with the site hasn't been resolved by 2024

I'm having the same issue. Is it asking me to enter the number of the person I want to refer?
