      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a phone and a charger from the Samsung shop online on 16/08/2022 and Cancelled it on the same day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received the refund amount of ₹299 for the Charger on 20/08/2022 but haven't received the refund for the Mobile phone yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have filed a complaint regarding the same on 6th September and is currently in a mail chain from past few weeks. But have received same template message all the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its already been 40 days more than the assigned time of 7-10 days mentioned in the website. Kindly guide me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do we get any kind of compensation on such cases?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
