Now that have come the samsung android 12 version....

Since only some selected phone versions can upgrade to android 12 version

We the old users need some sort of changes in samsung

Galaxy J7 prime.....and etc

Sorry for your problem now. Let’s talk in general. A company produces a new product and markets it for public use. And then the flaws in it? Or make some changes to the material in relation to something else. In the same way, Samsung started normally in each of its series in its early stages and now produces frantically powerful phones in different segments like A, M, S, Z, X, Tabs as it has evolved.

The j series is an older model. Given that one ui4 without a standard, what's the difference between other new generation phones and older models like your J7.

Do you know the reason why every phone company releases new new phones every year.?

How does man scientifically move to the next stages? Just like that with the new phones coming their usage and the features that some people expect, they are looking towards adapting to something new according to their choice.

So, what I want to say is that yours does not fit. Look no further for your new Samsung phone( S M A Z TAB SERIES). Thanks...

Android 12 cannot run effectively on older hardware resources. That's why only newer devices get updates.

Do you know Android smart phone companies make their devices for just 3 or 4 years 🤔 (thinks you buying a smart phone now. )Now latest Android version is Android 12. after you can get only 2 or 3 OS updated. Your device released in 2016 so your device can update only 2018 or 2019. So that is the smart phone manufacturing basic conditions what they made their own😃👍
