      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;Can you describe the issue more, please?&lt;BR /&gt;Did you restart the device and check whether the touch is working. Also, did you go to the Samsung Members Diagnostic and check the touch panel that's all areas of the display are working.&lt;BR /&gt;Also, enable features like touch sensitivity with the use of screen protectors, accidental touch protection, etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If my comment helped you in any way.
