      <description>Hi.. මේ දේවල් කරලා බලන්න. ගොඩක් වෙලාවට හරි යයි.&lt;BR /&gt;1. මුලින්ම settings &amp;gt; connections &amp;gt; mobile networks &amp;gt; network mode වලට ගිහින් බලන්න sim දෙකම 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) වලටද තියෙන්නේ කියලා.&lt;BR /&gt;2. ඔයා පාවිච්චි කරන sim දෙකටම හොදට ඔයා ඉන්න තැනට signal තියෙනවද බලන්න.&lt;BR /&gt;2. වෙනම network එකක sim එකක් දාලා බලන්න.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Internet settings ඔයාට ආපහු install කරලා බලන්න ඔයාගේ network provider ගේ&lt;BR /&gt;3. Network settings reset කරලා බලන්න. (Settings &amp;gt; search reset &amp;gt; reset network settings)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ඒත් හරිගියේ නැත්නම් කියන්න. බලමු හදාගන්න &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;මගේ comment එක ඔයාට යම් විදිහකින් උදව් උනා නම් comment එකේ dot 3 click කරලා Accept Solution select කරන්න.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>ඒක දේවල් කිහිපයක් එක්ක depend වෙනවා. Mainly ඔයා පාවිච්චි කරන charger එක. A34 5G එක 25W support කරනවා. අනිත් එක ඔයා charge කරන වෙලාවට device එක පාවිච්චි කරනවද නැද්ද කියන එකයි device එකේ background processing එකයි මත. එතකොට ඔයා 25W charger එකක් පාවිච්චි කරලා device එක පාවිච්චි නොකර charge කරනවා නම් සාමාන්‍යයෙන් පැය එකහමාරක් වගේ ඇතුලත charge වෙන්න ඕනේ. මේක ටිකක් එහාමෙහා වෙන්න පුළුවන් &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Comment එක ඔයාට යම් විදිහකින් උදව් උනා නම් solution එකක් විදිහට select කරන්න.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>සරලවම කියනවා නම් ims නැත්නම් IP multimedia subsystem protocol එකෙන් තමයි ඔයාගේ device එකේ voice, massages, videos වගේ multimedia handle කරන්නෙ. මම හිතන්නේ ඔයාගේ Mobile sim එකේ VoLTE active වෙලා නැතුව ඇති. Active වෙලා නැත්නම් Mobitel customer care එකට පොඩ්ඩක් කතාකරලා බලන්න VoLTE active කරන්න පුළුවන්ද කියලා. ගොඩක් වෙලාවට එතකොට ඕක හරි යයි. ඒත් එක්කම settings වලින් බලන්න ඔයාගේ phone එකේ VoLTE sim දෙකටම on කරලද කියලා &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;</description>
