      <description>Hi... This could happen when your RAM got full with applications. So if your device has unwanted apps or apps that not using regularly, put them into deep sleep or uninstall. Better if you can reset your device and maintain a free space. Don't use so many apps&lt;BR /&gt;If you have some apps not essential zip those apps&lt;BR /&gt;2. Turn off background running apps&lt;BR /&gt;Put them sleep or deep sleep(without social media apps)&lt;BR /&gt;3. Turn off background data using from unused apps(without social media apps)&lt;BR /&gt;4. Try to Clean (ram)random access memory every 15 minutes&lt;BR /&gt;5. Use your device in safe mood&lt;BR /&gt;6.       <description>Oh it means that happens&lt;BR /&gt;So it is common issue for galaxy m21 and m31. It cause cpu genarate high heat. My friend had that issue too and we visit nearby shop and they said they can't fix it and need to replace whole motherboard and also repair man told us it is very common for m21 and m31</description>
