May be you have delete some APK files which are very important for taking screenshots
So only thing you can do is restart your phone

Or may be there are viruses in phone
So scan your phone

If u can't take screenshot, definitely it because low space on your device! Or screenshot isn't available some apps like bank apps, Authentication apps.It can't be happen because deleted some files because screenshot came with system ui,system ui cannot be deleted or disabled.try after restarting your device!

Reset the device. Some apps may not allow you to take screenshot. Scan the phone for viruses too. I had the issue and restarted worked for me.
