      <description>Hi... you can reset from recovery mode.&lt;BR /&gt;Turn on the device by pressing the volume up key + power key. It will open the recovery mode. Use volume up/down and power key to navigate and select the options in recovery mode. Then select "Wipe Data/Factory reset" from there. And keep in mind, all ur data on the device will be wiped out after this.</description>

      <description>Follow these steps to perform factory reset your Galaxy device through Android recovery mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1 Power down the device&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the device vibrates&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. From the Recovery screen, use the Volume Down button to choose “Wipe data/factory reset”&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;4. Press the Power button to confirm the data wipe&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5.
