How can I do factory reset to my phone if I forgot my pattern? I've tried everything but it's secured with Knox security

Hi... you can reset from recovery mode.
Turn on the device by pressing the volume up key + power key. It will open the recovery mode. Use volume up/down and power key to navigate and select the options in recovery mode. Then select "Wipe Data/Factory reset" from there. And keep in mind, all ur data on the device will be wiped out after this.

Follow these steps to perform factory reset your Galaxy device through Android recovery mode.

1 Power down the device

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the device vibrates

3. From the Recovery screen, use the Volume Down button to choose “Wipe data/factory reset”

4. Press the Power button to confirm the data wipe

5. Finally, select the option to restart your device

Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
