    <description>Hi I pre-ordered and brought the new s22 from dialog about two weeks ago. I am having issues witht the speaker. I HEAR CRACKLING NOISES . When someone calls they sound like a robot voice. Not always but happens on and off atleast 10 to 12 times in a day. I gave it to the samsung repair center and they reinstalled the software which solved the problem. However when I started using the phone the software got updated and the problem came back. I do not want my phone to be opened and looked i to aince its new a d am very very upset that ita not even 2 weeks since buying the phone and I'm having issues. I'm an ardent fan of samsung mobiles and this is the first mobile I brought using my own hard earned money.. All my savings. Please to help and give a solution to this.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>Hi... sorry to hear that. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":broken_heart:"&gt;💔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seems like an integration issue with the firmware and the device. First, just try to reset the device and check. If still you have the issue, go to the service center immediately, tell your case and ask for a replacement.       <description>Hi it is a issue from the S22 series. Go to Samsung and ask for a replacement.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But there are some methods you can try. Try removing your sim card tray and then test the speaker.
