S20 note ultra camera

My camera has turned absolutely horrendous after Android 12. I can't zoom to take photos of the moon anymore, I can't zoom to anything and if I do I think 6x is max and the photos are horrible. THERE HAS TO BE A FIX FOR THIS! PLEASE HELP! I've alreadt told Samsung I may be done with their products due to very poor customer service, I really hope there is a fix for this NOW

Hi,
It might be a software error
1. Try resetting the camera settings.
Goto Camera > press the settings icon on the right corner > scroll down and press reset all settings.

2. Clear cash & Clear data.
Clear cash and Clear data in all camera ports when you go to all apps.
Will leave some screenshots of how to do it.

3. Even if that doesn't work, Backup all your data to Samsung Smart Switch for PC and then do a Factory data reset.
Goto Settings > scroll down and find Avout the device > find the option reset > do a factory data reset.

If all els fails then probably the hardware need to be checked.

Change the aspect ratio from 4:3 108 to 4:3 bro. You are taking photos with the 108 full resolution mode, that's why you can't zoom. Change it to normal 4:3 ratio. It's in the top of the camaera interface...

Usually not happening with Android 12. Probably something happened in settings. Check with Pasindu's solution. I think that's the reason. Else, try to reset the camera settings and see. Reset the device still not working

No machan it the error from the camera port sometimes it works after clear cash and data or a reset also work I mean the camera setting reseting.

Cause he says he can't zoom atless to 6x which mean at 108mp u can zoom upto 6x max and still get clear images machan which mean the ratio or the port is blocking the zoom lens.

He is saying he can zoom upto 6x bro. 108 mp mode can zoom upto 6x. So? My guess is he is shooting on 108mp mode. 😅 He need to clarify things furthermore....

What I got from his post is that he can't zoom more than 6x and his photos looks horrible in any zoom level. So only explanation is he is in 108mp mode because 108mp mode lacks dynamic range and quality on S21 Ultra. 🥲 Correct me if I'm wrong brother.
