Hi...
I think this is because of the eye comfort shield function or bedtime mode. Turn off "Eye Comfort Shield" and bedtime mode. Probably it will be okay.

Not eye comfort bro.... I think it's bedtime mode's display greyscaling option. You can disable it by going to settings > Digital Wellbeing > Bedtime mode. Disable "Turn on as scheduled" option.
