      <title>My Disappointing Experience with Samsung Z Fold 7 – Please Read Before You Buy</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m writing this post to make other customers aware of the kind of experience I’ve had with my Samsung Z Fold 7, and the complete lack of accountability I’ve faced from the brand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased the Z Fold 7 (₹1.62L) earlier this month, and within just a few days, I noticed an issue with the touchscreen on the cover display. I immediately visited the Samsung Service Center, where I was told it would take about a week to get a replacement under the DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since then, it’s been over 11 days — and despite raising multiple escalations, including to the CEO office, the issue is still not resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;The service center even confirmed twice on Samsung’s recorded line that my device would be replaced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I was finally told yesterday that I’d receive the replacement “in a few hours,” I was suddenly informed that the DOA has been denied due to a small dent on the frame — something I was never even aware of.&lt;BR /&gt;The phone was used for only 4–5 days, always in a protective cover, and has been lying with the service center for over 9–10 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This reasoning is unacceptable.&lt;BR /&gt;A minor cosmetic mark cannot be used to deny replacement for a verified manufacturing defect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This entire process has cost me time, energy, and mental peace. I’ve exhausted every possible escalation route — from service center to CEO support — and all I’ve received are scripted replies and apologies with no action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m sharing this so that others thinking of buying a Samsung flagship device are aware of what can happen when something goes wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;For a brand that positions itself as “premium,” this experience has been the complete opposite.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check your device thoroughly from day one, document everything, and be very cautious when relying on Samsung’s after-sales promises.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Don't buy or suggest anybody to buy samsung products brother . Samsung is now worst in every field . I have also issue in my halaxy a56 recently purchased at 40k but regretting lot now . This phone have average camera , laggy animation , noisy sound quality and lot more thing . It seems i have wasted 40k . Samsung is now scamsung brother . In future i didnt buy or suggest anynody to buy their products ..</description>

      <description>If you invest ₹1.6lakh go with Apple products brother . Samsung just hype the product for selling purpose and then the reality you know . Its one ui is very laggy and delayed . Recently Origin os launched how that ui refined for better smoothness amd user experience for vivo and iqq .       <description>I had similar experience with my z fold 7, i bought it during pre launch, the phone had a slight opening on the top corners , it does not close completely, I had requested for a replacement on.
