S20 fe 5G switching to 4G whenever calling

S20 FE 5G is 5G phone as mentioned in name but does not support 5G calling with jio...whenever i call switch to 4G and after call end revert to 5G ...5G network coverage is good...this means Samsung making fool of us ...this is not 5G compatible phone

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that your device is compatible with using 5g networks but it does not support the VoNR (Voice Over 5G) feature that's is why the networks change 5g to 4g during calls.
