Basis your query regarding the Secure folder, I can understand your concern. However, there are some changes after the update has been done to improve the device's performance. Therefore the OTP required applications will not work inside the secure folder. I request you to please use all the OTP-based applications outside the secure folder.

I did raise the raise issue, and got the same response.
I really don't understand the need of secure folder then, if we should use them outside the secure folder.
My friend moto edge 50 pro has secure folder and works flawlessly.

After android 14 everyone facing same problem, I'm using a52s, now secure follder useless, Samsung now copycat iPhone

It is often seen that iPhone and Samsung keep giving updates to slow down the speed to their premium customers. OTPs of banking apps are not being received in the secure folder of S24. Due to which all banking apps have to be installed outside the secure folder. What is the importance of KNOX SECURITY?

I have made a written complaint to Samsung regarding the issue of Banking Apps not receiving OTP in the Secure Folder. I have also been told by the Samsung team to install banking apps outside the Secure Folder.
I want to ask Samsung that if Secure Folder is unable to provide Security to Banking Apps then what is the use of "Knox Security"? Only to keep Photos and Videos Safe? Suppose after getting injured in an accident, someone steals all the money from my Bank by scanning my finger, then what use is "Knox Security" or "Secure Folder" to me? I am using Samsung S21+ and S24 Ultra only because of the Security of Secure Folder? Otherwise iPhone is much more Secure than Samsung.
I have been told by the Samsung team that the problem of not receiving OTP in Secure Folder after the Android 14 upgrade is from Google and not from Samsung.
After the Android 15 upgrade, the problem of not receiving OTP in Secure Folder may be resolved.
I would like to tell Samsung that if OTPs are not received in Secure Folder even after Android 15 upgrade, then Samsung should Refund my Money or work on fixing the issue in their Phone considering this is a Major Flaw in their product.

There is no app lock in the samssung mobile
We have to secure our payments app and and bank account app and some social media apps then why there is no app lock

If secure folder is become a joke for OTP based app So I am requesting to provide atleast APP lock option for secure lock of app.

Please provide an application lock app in next update because now thee is no app for lock the application.

Why is Samsung creating a hype on Knox security when you can't run a banking app from Secure Folder? They say the latest update improves device performance. Isn't that a joke? Forget iphone, Xiaomi and Moto phones are better, in terms of running dual banking apps. I'll grab the first opportunity to dump my Samsung phone and shift to a Xiaomi or Moto.

What is the use of "Knox Security"? If not working as otp verification for financial app, we use Samsung due to knox only. Samsung team please work on knox and resolve this ASAP, otherwise you will loose customer's
