More samsung stores

So when is Witbank and middelburg getting a samsung store,if an Istore can open in Highveld mall Witbank,why can't a samsung store open here. Samsung also sells appliances so I don't see a problem. Come on wake up samsung make our experience better! Come sell your tvs, washing machines,bespoke home products and let's cut out the middleman and allow us to get our broken screens get fixed right here in Witbank. Pretoria is a 300km return trip from us and it goes up to R600 if you have to pick up repaired stuff. A store in every big town can most certainly benefit us and you as a franchise. Apple us going to cash in a truck load of money,with the launch of the iphone 14 ,the mackbook Air m2 with Christmas just around the corner, very clever marketing. Samsung has laptops everywhere in the world ,except south africa,loosing on a very big opportunity which apple is reaping as we speak.

Thanks. I love samsung we just need more stores,Nelspruit is rhe only place in Mpumalanga with a samsung store. Witbank is the coal capital of Mpumalanga and istore saw that opportunity, so when can we get one? Middelburg is the same Size than witbank,and it's 27 km apart,so this is a great opportunity for samsung. South africa needs samsung laptops,apple keeps on selling these things as there is a gap in the samsung market in south africa. A few years back when samsung wasn't that good we used to get samsung laptops,so when do we see these products again. The Z fold4 is launching soon and samsung could have open a store the same time as the istore and score during the festive season and again on February when the s23 launches. Nu home,incredible connection, vodacom ,house and home,game all sells these samsung products,so why can't samsung have a store. You also just open a new store in durban,why not witbank. Gauteng has over 4 samsung stores we just need one that can serve middelburg and witbank. If you struggle i will show you how I market these products and make a truck load money! It is already a great product, you just has to facilitate the the process and ground to make these products sell.

Without going into which device is the best, Galaxy or iPhone, customer service & market penetration, especially who is first to market will always prevail!

This is the major problem facing Samsung SA, customer service as well as satisfying the market demand with products and services.

Glad to see Apple is expanding in Africa buy it will be to the expense of Samsung, even if the Galaxy is a better device, without support, Apple will dominate.
