I'm contemplating whether I should go ahead now,mysteriously the thin line disappeared, it looks like if you use the TV browser for long periods, it does that,but it is when you leave it on that particular screen. I think the browser page is too white,and it triggers that thin line. They should implement a dark mode on the browser, it's in anyways burning my eye balls in a room where you turn down the lights to view tv

Members,see the attached correspondence between me and samsung, beware ,this is the kind of service you get. My tv showed lines after 8 months of use. See the attached beware of samsung . I see samsung members doesn't allow screen shots

Cover image

Their reply 3 days later. I've send them my invoice I got from hifi corporation!

I hope this email finds you well. The documents were received, however the format of the POP sent will need a store stamp and store manager’s signature. Please do send the correct POP once received so that your query can be actioned.

My reply;

Good day

I actually want to make a copy of this email and put it on the samsung members site so everyone can see what kind of service I got from you guys and to discourage anybody to buy anything from samsung. You answer me 2 days after I sent the letter,I spoke to a guy on the phone of samsung and he said I only need the things I just sent to you ,go listen to the recording between me and him ,there was nothing of a store stamp and a store managers signature, in what world do you live? I can't understand how a normal till slip and a bank pop can't serve as proof alone. Tell me how will I **bleep** a till slip,please tell me? Phone hifi corp in witbank and see if they have it on their system. What if I ordered the TV online and stayed 100s of kilometers from hifi Corp. Is it because I didn't buy it from samsung? I paid a pretty penny for this tv and I would expect service,not a Company who sends me up and down to do their dirty work. I can just imagine how bad the repair and the duration of the repair will be if this is the kind of treatment I get first hand. I think it's better for me to post this on samsung members before you ruin my tv even more. I think I must also reach out to samsung korea and tell them just how bad samsung south africa is

Regards
