You can backup your staff, and you should do a factory reset , this would wipe out all ur staff , ur ram is full, ur phone will be a phone again, then you can put ur staff back into ur phone @DaveS21 @diversity

Step 1 put all contacts to gmail

Step 2 upload ur staff to Google drive

Step 3 u can copy or put ur files into your memory card

Try the following to keep your phone fast and to have increased life span.(*OPINIONS*)

1.DO NOT LET YOUR A30 GET BELOW 15% BATTERY.

2.RESTART the phone if necessary or frequently.

3.Clear CACHE regularly to have enough memory.

4.OPTIMISE your phone to stop BACKGROUND apps.

5.LIMIT the APPS that run in the BACKROUND.

*despite its age GALAXY A30 is still a very great DEVICE in 2022.
