      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;This week dstv app on this model tv tu7000 when i try and open it it just takes me to a white screen and on top it says&amp;nbsp;google tag manager the dstv app doesnt want to open at all, reseted the tv everything does anyone have this problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>I did speak to samsung reps on this app and they advised me the tu7000 models have this problem 2020 models and it started this week.... so i asked the rep was there any updates this week and it felt like a bot replying, when asked the second time was there any updates this week and it replied the same message as before which was wierd...</description>
