Which samsung phone is best apart from the latest.Recommend between A and S6-10[but not latest]

Best A series phone from the previous generation is the A54. Best S series phone from the previous generation is the S23 Ultra.

Those S series phones you have listed are old and not supported so it's not recommended as you won't get any support from Samsung apart from play store updates and regular app updates if they are supported. Rather get the A54

S10e was my favourite! But it is outdated - rather go for the A series phones.

A54 for the Galaxy A but the Galaxy S6-10 are no longer software supported but an S10+ to answer your question
