i was recently enjoying the multi window feature , till when l upgraded soft ware to andriod version from 8.1 to 9 and the multi womdow featire is no more, l have tried recovering it but failed, help me, how do i get it back to my device, its a samsung m20

I was started to use this galaxy a50 last 3months ago,i do not use multi window feature scenes.
But for the first time as a android user,it most hobby now for me,when I've seen this video.Teaching how to use multi window/multi screen,for me its up grading for smartphone users.
