that doesnt even work in teams,that box of options doesnt come. when that box comes i tried with it but its still same so idk what to do

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try to clear cache the teams app by following the below steps:

Settings > Apps > Choose the app > Storage > Clear cache.

Also, try to uninstall the app, and reinstall is again.
