If both devices are the same then try
1. Airplane mode then restart
2 . Make sure that internal memory has some free space
3 .delete system cache
4 . Try through pc using smart switch app
5 . If nothing works. Then backup everything and go ahead and do a full factory reset

Step 4 I Don't Have A PC
Step 5 Thats Dangerous And I Don't Know How To Load The Backup And My Father Won't Allow Me To Do A Full Factory Reset
