    <description>Google released Android 11 couple of weeks ago which doesn't bring any drastic or visual change but a more refined and refreshed version of Android 10. It enhanced security related to permission requirements by apps and some minor tweaks to notification center.&lt;DIV&gt;Similarly,&amp;nbsp; Samsung is going to release its One UI 3.0 based on Android 11 which is a refined version of One UI 2.       <description>You are right. Android updates since last few years have been so marginal that I find it hard to understand why they call it complete new version. &lt;BR /&gt;Old Nokia Symbian phones had many changes in FW update than these so called OS version updates. &lt;BR /&gt;They are just doing minor changes and still companies take months, years to update.</description>
