Ping spikes after android 10 update

After android 10 update my phone keeps having ping spikes every 4 5 seconds causing problem whilst gaming and video calls. Is there any way to fix this or is my phone gonna my underlooked because m20 is a cheap model?

The ping is good on my laptop and other phones just on my m20 it has spikes. I've tried factory data reset network reset calling the wifi company none of it works
