Why my Samsung J7 Nxt or J7 Neo is not compatible for OneUI 2 and android?

Just why?

Because it has replaceable battery, not upgraded Exynos chipset, doesn't have notch display, doesn't have FHD sAMOLED display.

J4 and J7 duo are compatible then why not J7 Nxt? 🤬🥺😑😡
