      <description>Wifi of M21 not detected from Lenovo G50 laptop, but other phone like LG , Honour all are detected by m21 and my Laptop both, please solve.&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please note if I connect with Bluetooth and USB with laptop mobile hotspot working and giving internet to laptop.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>try these one by one&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Forget all WIFI devices which were connected earlier.&lt;BR /&gt;Again turn on WIFI&amp;gt; Scan&amp;gt; and try to connect. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Or click on "add network "and try to add manually. &lt;BR /&gt;If after all settings if won't work then &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;3. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel &amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt;General Management&amp;gt;Reset &amp;gt;Reset network settings)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If even after above settings not resolved then do below option to check&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;4. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member&amp;gt; Get Help&amp;gt; Interactive checks&amp;gt;WIFI).</description>

      <description>Try updating the network driver of your PC/ Laptop. Control panel&amp;gt; Hardware and sound&amp;gt; Device manager &amp;gt; Network adapters - here you will get the name of the specific network adapter in your computer. Search for network adapter drivers for your Windows version and manufacturer (hp , Lenovo etc.). Download and install the latest driver available.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To resolve Wi-Fi issue kindly follow below given step:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Forget the Network:-&lt;BR /&gt;Go to apps screen &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Wi-Fi &amp;gt; Wi-Fi network &amp;gt; Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/ask question), along with the screenshot and videos.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.&lt;/P&gt;
