An unknown application(with android icon) as a five digit number appears in my Samsung phone data usage list..can anyone tell me what's this..:

Might be leftover files of uninstalled apps or games

it might be residue of your uninstalled app or may be some integrated supported files for your other apps

after seeing the size i m sure this is residue files of your deleted files.
did you enable "auto delete unnecessary data" in device care option

Yes, these are leftover files or data..so, from next time while uninstalling any apps, delete their data first and then uninstall..
