Iam unable to turn TTY mode off in my Samsung Galaxy M11

i am not sure your mobile do have this feature or not but
you can try this
go to settings >Accessibility >Screen reader> and enable voice assistant
my this will help you

tty=teletypewriter
it allows the people who are hard of hearing, deaf, who have language disabilities or speech, to connect by telephone.
