go to device care>storage >storage booster >scroll down to last >enable auto delete unnecessary data

ehsank was right and if you want to clear cache in every app
go to setting -> device care -> storage -> advance and clear cache data which you one.

I Say This Bcoz Android One Phones Don't Have Clear Cache Option in Any Way
So I Using This on My Every Phones.....
