&lt;P&gt;* Check network operator settings&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Network operators &amp;gt; Select automatically &amp;gt; OK &amp;gt; Registered on network.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Send Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/Ask questions).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Network issue</title>

      <description>Please issue an update to fix the network drop issue, it's almost impossible to work when facing this issue. Two different phones with same network operator and same plane works differently. Samsung m31's network drops abruptly while the other one's connectivity is smooth.</description>

      <description>reset the device once (create backup before resetting the device if you're heading for it) if even problem persists send the feedback to Samsung via members apps main page.  visit nearby Samsung service centre and ask them to fix the issue hope they can resolve the problem</description>
