    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased Samsung galaxy m31 4 months back. The WiFi is not working properly in the phone. It shows connected but no Internet even though it is working on other devices. When I connected my Bluetooth earphones, the WiFi shows exclamation mark. Even if I reboot the router its not working, I request Samsung to do something about this issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>send feedback to samsung via member app if still this problem occurred go to service center reinstall software or install via smart switch</description>

&lt;P&gt;* Reset Network Settings: Go to apps screen &amp;gt;Settings &amp;gt;General Management &amp;gt;Reset &amp;gt;Reset Network Setting.&lt;/P&gt;
