long press on empty area of mobile>select wallpaper >wallpaper service >enable glance

i cannot donwload google play store in smasung j7 prime. eror msg its like that u r samsung account not associates with device. but i create account and device and my gmail account r same and i add properlly. but still i cannot downalod goole app.
