android system webview doesnt updates

Hi everyone my phone is not getting updated specially the android system web view. It gets downloaded but then never installs and keep on showing the circle moving on.

Same is with chrome.

for those who are suffering from this bug simply clear data of play store and chrome then try to update, it will solve this problem.
