      <description>My Glaxy A21s is restarting while using some apps i.e. Prime Video, wink music, google search. This is the bug in the phone.&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Anyone have solution for this.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes did you check that... &lt;BR /&gt;And what is the interval? At particular times or regularly while you open those apps..&lt;BR /&gt;It's not 1 app causing issue its more than 3 so restart mobile in safe mode and use it for atleast 20min. It may fix any issues with system.&lt;BR /&gt;You can try uninstalling those apps causing restart and reinstall.&lt;BR /&gt;As more apps causing this I suggest formatting device. Or visit service center for reflashing software.</description>

      <description>any time while i watching downloaded prime video. i tried uninstalling app 2 times but not found solutions. this is not with only prime video. same issue with another apps also. This isa bug, i think in smsung phone.</description>
