you've to Compare it with 865 because 990 is not plus chipset. after releasing the device have check the performance of both chipset.after that we can come to a conclusion.

This is old. Note have UFS3.1 they haven't updated it. These details is probably of the S20 series (If they have done any optimization)

if Exynos 990 is better then why Samsung Note 20 Ultra with Snapdragon in USA,China n other countries.....This is dual standard ...

thats because its the policy made by US govt. they can sell mobile in US, only if atleast 1 of the component is incorporated in a US based HQ. Snapdragon is a US based chipset maker. thats the reason Samsung is forced to recompile their equipments for US markets to get SD incorporated. so it turns to be more expensive in 1 way. on other hands bcoz exynos is samsung 's own chipset, they can truely tune and cudtomize it to get best performance. although SD is giving better performance nowadays, but think about note 4 days where exynos used to ruin the game of SD. But now SD is doing the same for exynos. anyways, thats samsung engineering story which they need to fix.
