Camera Keep auto zoom in and out

My Samsung A 31 keep zooming in and out while taking steady videos and also color fading in between while we taking videos. Please update the software. Or is it camara problem. It is very new phone. Please suggest the best settings

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the Camera issue:-

1. Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache/data).

2. Check device in safe mode:- Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.
To enter in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears>Press and hold the power off icon.
To Exit safe mode: Restart the device.

3. Reset the Device :- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset:- Settings>General Management>Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

I did reset and safe mode but no use still same problem

Same problem with my A51. (Which I bought mainly to use as camera and spare phone).
I think Samsung should really give an answer. I'm struggling to find any.
I think the issue is the phone is trying to adjust or have some program built in that wants to get the right light/object/zoom. Rather than holding steady, it keeps moving. Have you guys that have the problem found it's worse or better under any conditions? I was just testing it at night time in my office and it seems worse. When I've made better films in the day time.

Samsung A54. My camera keeps zooming in and out and keeps moving when I'm on video calls. I bought A54 4 months ago and this problem wasn't there initially. I Don't know what happened now and how can I fix this? Please help.
