&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the Camera issue:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Camera &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear Cache/data).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Check device in safe mode:- Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.&lt;BR /&gt;To enter in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears&amp;gt;Press and hold the power off icon.&lt;BR /&gt;To Exit safe mode: Restart the device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Reset the Device :- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;pc suite&lt;BR /&gt;How to reset:- Settings&amp;gt;General Management&amp;gt;Reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/ask question).&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem with my A51. (Which I bought mainly to use as camera and spare phone).&lt;BR /&gt;I think Samsung should really give an answer. I'm struggling to find any.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I think the issue is the phone is trying to adjust or have some program built in that wants to get the right light/object/zoom. Rather than holding steady, it keeps moving. Have you guys that have the problem found it's worse or better under any conditions?&amp;nbsp; I was just testing it at night time in my office and it seems worse. When I've made better films in the day time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Samsung A54. My camera keeps zooming in and out and keeps moving when I'm on video calls. I bought A54 4 months ago and this problem wasn't there initially. I Don't know what happened now and how can I fix this? Please help.</description>
