I really can't understand why is there no update of android10 with the SamsungJ7 Pro model?!

Will it never get updated now?

bro Samsung gives only two major upgrades to phone, J7 pro was released with android 7 , now its on Android 9 , so now it will not get upgraded to Android 10.

Now it's better to opt for other brands in market than Samsung. We pay premium price from Samsung branch in return we never get update on time.

I was loyal customer to Samsung, used to pay much more price for features of phone of samsung than other brands providing more features with quite lesser price.
