secure folder issues

Basically so many users are facing secure folders automatically disable issues, they can't even use there files which is in secure folder,

so is this because new version of secure folder is not capable with the old android?? Anyone knows & those who are facing issues in secure folder plz tell me in comment which type of problem u are facing with the secure folder,

you can view your pics and videos tho. by going in storage options but can't enable it

it's not possible for android version....because to run any of the update version of secure folder, Samsung provided hardwarely knox security services support..it's only possible for 3 things...if problem with software glitch, if app crush, or if knox version will tripped

i am using device A30s secure folder is disabled by itself and not showing contents of it and it is not showing in biometrics and security and not getting enabled please help

then I tap here to not showing the phone

when I opene secure folder
there is not coming
