Dear all I have purchased Samsung M31 but unable to download Samsung smart switch App. Receiving error Msg the app is not compatible with this device. Is there any other ways transfer data from Samsung Galaxy A7 to Samsung Galaxy M31.

Also not able to download Samsung secured folder in M31. Can anyone please help

secure folder for m31 not possible because it needs knox security services support hardwarely
