CONFIRMLY I WILL BET SAMSUNG TECHNICAL PEOPLE ALSO WITH 100000/_ REGARDING SIGNAL RECEPTION IS WEAKER THAN OTHER MOBILES LIKE XIAOMI, REALME LIKE CHINESE MOBILES. DONT PURCHASE THIS MOBILES . THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR ' EXYNOS ' WORST PERFORMING PROCESSORS. THIS IS REAL WHAT I AM TELLING . EVEN THEIR KOREAN PEOPLE ALSO HATED THE SAMSUNG 'EXYNOS' PROCESSOR PERFORMANCE IN ' SAMSUNG S20 ' MOBILE. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AND THEIR SERVICE ALSO VERY WORST. TODAY I VISITED THEIR SERVICE CENTRE  TO RECTIFY THE CHARGING PORT PROBLEM  , HE TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK TO 10 DAYS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM . THIS IS A SMALL PROBLEM .  I TOLD HIM TAKE THE COMPLAINT , AND GIVE MY MOBILE BACK , AFTER ONE WEEK   I WILL COME AND I WILL GIVE THE MOBILE AND RECTIFY THE MOBILE WITH NEW PART . HE REFUSED FOR THE SAME . REGARDING THIS ALSO I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE , THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TELL WHERE THE PART AVAILABLE TO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE IN GUNTUR DISTRICT. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OTHER COMPANIES ARE DOING SMALL PROBLEMS WITH IN ONE DAY. BUT SAMSUNG IS TAKING 10 DAYS .       <description>&lt;P&gt;It's really annoying.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Same sim and same network if entered in another phone cause no problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But here network keeps playing hide and seek.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to take care of this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You know the risk you are taking by not countering the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will lose existing user trust and plus they ll stop anyone from going for samsung handsets again and this chain will go on and on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In these covid times where video calling and online classes have become new normal you are just making the matter more worse.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't know why I still hope you will make correction.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And I hope you do. :")&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please be assured and to resolve "network problem" issue please follow below given steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Check network operators and select automatically (Settings&amp;gt; Connections&amp;gt; Mobile Network&amp;gt;Network operator&amp;gt; select automatically &amp;gt; Tap on OK &amp;gt; Registered on network).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears &amp;gt;Press and hold the power off icon.&lt;BR /&gt;Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Reset the device: settings &amp;gt;General Management &amp;gt; Tap on Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App&lt;BR /&gt;(Install Smart Switch App &amp;gt; Open &amp;gt; Click on Memory Card Icon &amp;gt;Back Up option &amp;gt; Choose the data for Back up &amp;gt; Back Up).&lt;/P&gt;
