&lt;P&gt;1. Check device volume settings if its full or not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Check mute all sound option &lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Accessibility &amp;gt; Hearing enhancements &amp;gt; Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Send Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/Ask questions).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;After updating my m30s to android 10 i am getting sound problem . Before update it was all fine sound was loud and good but after update even the sound is full in sound bar but i am getting low sound in media and incoming calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>
